  Position Overview

  Alice Smith School seeks a strategic and experienced ESL Coordinator / EAL Programme Leader to oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s English language support programmes.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ESL/EAL department across primary and/or secondary divisions.

  • Design curriculum frameworks and intervention programmes.

  • Supervise and mentor ESL teachers.

  • Develop assessment benchmarks for English proficiency.

  • Provide professional development workshops for staff.

  • Liaise with senior leadership regarding language policy and inclusion strategies.
